Before making student assignments, individual site shifts must be defined. Creation of site shifts allows each program to define specific student begin and end times, break times, general shift time characteristics (Day/Night/Evening/Other), and the maximum number of students allowed at a clinical site during a specific shift. A unique title for the site is requested for the first shift established, and a unique title for the shift code is then requested. This allows compression of the site data on a report page to facilitate as many site views as possible.
