Your program may enable, or mandate, use of Multifactor Authentication (2FA) as a security measure. This feature will make users additionally verify their identity when logging into the Trajecsys Report System by receiving and validating a code by email. This extra step will prevent you from having your account compromised if someone gets your password or you inadvertently save your password on a public computer.

If you have 2FA enabled, you will see the following after entering your username and password:

Additionally, you should receive an email to your verified email address, containing a 6-letter-or-number code:

To complete the login process, you need to copy or type the code from the email into the provided textbox. If you are on a private computer, you can click "Remember this browser for 60 days" to prevent from having to repeat this process as often. For your security, if you are on a public computer, you are encouraged to leave that box unchecked and repeat the 2FA process every time you choose to log in to the system.
