If your time records are not reflecting your GPS location, these instructions should help you resolve the issue.
First, you must have your location services enabled on your phone (check under settings or privacy/location). Second, you must allow Trajecsys access to your GPS in order for us to present the geolocation to your program leader.
If your location services are enabled, you apparently answered "don't allow" the first time you logged into Trajecsys on your phone. To correct this, you may need to clear your browser history. If that doesn't resolve, then you may need to try these options (which vary based on which model of phone you have):
iPhone: go to Settings and look for Safari and select. Click on "Clear History and Website Data."
Android phone: go to Chrome; click three vertical dots in top right corner; then select Settings; click Privacy; then select Clear Browsing Data. You also may wish to go under Settings to click Site Settings and then select Location to see the ones that are blocked; if you see www.trajecsys.com on the blocked list, click it and change location access to allow.
The specific suggestions vary depending on your specific phone model and could vary based upon your phone.
