Examine the "two" persons on the page at right. Mary Mosby and Mary Moseby have been reported, perhaps by two different students, with supervising hours at two different sites. Trajecsys will consolidate the hours of employees who work at different sites, even if their names appear to indicate different persons, if their email addresses are the same.
In other words, our system uses the email address of an employee as their unique identifier, not names. So, it's very important that each person have only one email address. If Mary were using 2 addresses, one as mary@ICCLab.com, and another such as mary@lrg.com, then the application would NOT consolidate the hours. Therefore, you must edit one of these entries to correspond to a single email address. Click the edit icon to change one of the email addresses...and it wouldn't hurt to spell her name the same, either!
