It's a great thing that persons who supervise your students can acquire CMEs for doing it! But it's sure a hassle reporting them, isn't it? In cooperation with the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, we have created an easy, painless (well, almost) way for your program to report Continuing Medical Education credit for site-based employees who supervise your students. We have a video tutorial at this link, but we encourage you to read the pages for each step below.

The hours will also be forwarded to the ARDMS from them.
There are 5 basic steps to reporting these hours:
-
2) An automated email is sent from the Admin Panel to each of the sonographers, who respond by completing an online form
-
3) Follow up on nonrespondents
- 4) Consolidate email addresses
The SDMS will also forward the reported hours to the ARDMS. You'll find each of these steps in the menu on the right, or you can click each to read about how to complete each step. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVAL NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE SDMS FOR THE YEAR OF THE RECORDS YOU WISH TO SUBMIT. This is true whether you submit by paper or by using the Trajecsys Report System module.
