You must have at least one category before uploading files; however, you can have many. You should establish categories based on how many files you plan to upload. For instance, if you're only going to post a list of clinical schedules, perhaps a category "Schedules" is all you need. But if you're going to post clinical guidelines, schedules, announcements, lists of holidays, information about different clinical sites, etcetera, then maybe it would be better to segment the files into different categories. It's your call!
