In our system, the "clinical coordinator" is the person who:
- Monitors activity within the system on a regular basis
- Approves time records if not done by the clinical instructor
- Generates reports as needed and for archival purposes
- Notifies others within the system of noteworthy events or actions
- Approves or disapproves other records
- Configures or re-configures the system for use by others
- Authorizes others for access
- Changes the status of users as needed
That's a lot of stuff, isn't it? But if you're a "clinical coordinator," keep in mind that:
- We will assist you in setting up your program
- You don't have to learn all of these things at once
- We're available to assist you, by phone or email
If your program is just getting started with our system, take a look at the Quick Start Information, then drill down to the topics that interest you.
