You can view evaluation results in several ways. First, you can view individual evaluations from the completed evaluations page. The linear report format allows display of items, comments and scoring in the order in which they were created in the evaluation. Choose this format on the Evaluation--Report page, the Evaluation Reporting-->Completed Evaluations page...
...or you can default display of an evaluation or form to this format by editing the template from the Evaluation Setup edit page (below).
