Reports

In addition to the logsheet report. Most clinical instructors will have access to:

• Time Totals
• Procedures
• Student Evaluations
• Site Evaluations

Time Totals 
This is a summary of the times reported by students who have recently visited the site.  "Time Change Total" and "Time Change Ratio" refer to the number of time exceptions filed by the student, and the ratio of time exceptions to use of the clock system. It is preferred that the ratio be small, as the preferred method of student time reporting is by use of the clock system.

Procedures
In addition to the daily logsheet summary, access is provided to student skill summary. Follow this hyperlink for a discussion of this report.

Student Evaluations
This report can be sorted in a variety of ways. It will display only those items which were graded by the clinical instructor who is logged in. It is possible to view an entire, single student evaluation by selecting the student and the specific date of the evaluation.


Site Evaluations
Site evaluations provide clinical instructors with feedback from students who have visited the site. Student comments may or may not be available to the site, depending on settings made by the program's administrators. Information is aggregated, and student names are not associated with the ratings.
