Persons who are designated as subjects of evaluations or forms can view and document the viewed status in several ways. See the Completed Evaluations page for more information.
Note that only the date viewed is displayed, not the time. Date viewed may indicate the incorrect day if the viewing took place around midnight as we can't determine the time zone in which the viewing took place. However, the exact time is available to administrators upon request if the date of viewing is at issue.
Persons who are designated as evaluators - whether a student, instructor, or faculty member - may see the most recent date that the evaluation or form was viewed by the subject from the Completed Evaluations page by selecting the template and all subjects or a selected one.
Administrators may turn this feature on or off by checking/unchecking "Track Viewing" on the Evaluation Templates-->Edit (click paper/pencil icon) page. The default action for this feature for all new templates is "on". See Creating New Templates for more information.
