There's a new way for you to know if students are reviewing their evaluations!

We've added a new column on the Evaluation Reporting-->Completed Evaluations page that will show you the most recent date that a form or evaluation has been opened by a student. If your program is currently requiring a student to add a post-submission comment to document that they've seen an evaluation, you may find that this is all that is now needed - and provides you with a rapid way to know exactly who's viewed what, and when.

Students also get new ways to view and filter their own data from their new Completed Evaluations page and can see what they have viewed in the past, and when. Faculty can access the page in Evaluation Reporting-->Completed Evaluations.

For more information, visit Evaluation Reporting-->Completed Evaluations and click any hyperlink in the legends row at the top.

This feature was created based on a suggestion by a clinical coordinator - we listen to you!

Visit this Reports page to learn where and how students can document that they've viewed a completed assessment,

Visit the Creating New Templates page to learn how to turn on or off this tracking feature. New templates and forms will be defaulted to "on."
