Students may access the mobile login page by clicking the Login Link in the top right corner of www.trajecsys.com, or go directly to trajecsys.com/programs/. Students can bookmark the Trajecsy Login page in their smart phone browser. After logging into the Trajecsys Report System on a smart device (smart phone or GPS-enabled tablet), the system will automatically detect your mobile device. When asked, students must click "OK" to share their location for clocking in and out.
It's important that students share their location with Trajecsys on smart phones. Otherwise, in some phones (such as iPhone) the option may not appear again without resetting location warnings from the Settings on the phone. If "Don't Allow" is selected and no option is given the next time, the student can read in the User Guide page how to reset the location warnings.
Students may clock in and out from a clinical site on the home page by selecting a site and clicking the clock in or clock out button and have their geolocation recorded (longitude, latitude) with the time record. This gives an option to students who visit clinical sites where a computer is not available to clock in. The student must have a smart device with a GPS chip such as many smartphones and access to the internet via a web browser. Note that some tablets do not contain GPS chips. Students should check with the program administrator to determine program policies related to use of GPS. We recommend that students also read the pages related to resetting location warnings and how to improve accuracy.
