We're almost there! When you've gathered the information you need, you can generate the file that will be sent to the SDMS.
Select the date range. It should usually be a full year. However, you can send these to the SDMS as often as you wish.
Select "Eligible for Report Inclusion" from the dropdown Status box, then click "Apply".
Click "Generate Roster."

Enter the Approval Number that you will use for this file as provided by the SDMS. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVAL NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE SDMS.
Click "Generate Roster" again and you will see the message box at right pop up.
Unless you would like to view the contents of the file (and that's not a bad idea!) bear in mind that it's mostly going to look like gobbledygook to you, because the text will be in comma delimited format. Choose to Save the file to your computer and click OK.

Save the file to your computer. Note the name of the file, and its location.
Next, open a browser and log into the SDMS CME Management System. Select the "Import Roster" button at the top, find your file, and upload.
