Step 2 - Request Information

When you've got the email addresses of supervising sonographers - and you can do this by asking the students to gather them, or you can input them directly into the system yourself by clicking the edit icon on this page in the admin panel currently under the Employee/CME Reporting page item.

When you're ready to request additional information to complete the necessary fields for sending the text file to the SDMS, select from the top drop down box "Insufficient data but with email address - no request sent."



Check the green box "Include" to select all eligible persons at once.

Click "Send Emails" to generate an email for you to proof before sending.



Note that you can change the address, for instance if you'd rather have any email questions go to someone else, and that you can modify the subject and text - perhaps you'd like to tell them that people who respond to this email will get their CMEs faster!

Make sure the bottom checkbox is filled. This will include a hyperlink to the page asking them for Date of Birth, SDMS number, and possibly other information.

When you're ready, click "Send Emails".
