Reporting Supervising Employees

On the daily logsheet, students may be required to submit the name of the person who supervised the reported procedure. They must also report length of time the procedure took. Access to reports related to supervising employees are available to faculty in the admin panel. This feature must be enabled by the system administrator. Contact Trajecsys to request the feature be enabled.


Students may insert new supervisors at any time, and once a name is inserted, there's no need for other students to add it also. Administrators may edit the name or email address from the Employees area of the Admin Panel, but the student may only request an edit from the hyperlink above.

To add a new employee, the student simply clicks "New" and inserts the employee's first name and last name. If the continuing medical education module for reporting CMEs to the SDMS (Sonographers only) is to be used, students must report the email address of the employee also.
