From the Evaluation Setup Templates page, you may choose to designate an evaluation as "scheduled." In our system, this means that you will choose to designate, in advance, when an evaluation is due on a specific person from a specific evaluator or site. A discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of scheduling evaluations is provided above the Scheduled checkbox.
Scheduled evaluations become available to the evaluator 4 days prior to a designated due date. If the subject of the evaluation is students and the evaluator is a site employee or clinical supervisor, the evaluation will not become available at all unless the student has clocked into the site within the last 90 days.
