Each day, students will report the procedures which were completed on the Daily Logsheet. The Student Daily Log sheet summary report is available to clinical instructors and faculty. Approval of the log sheets is not required, but clinical instructors are encouraged to view the reported procedures regularly and to notify faculty of any errors discovered. The student can delete any logsheet that he submits, so corrections can be made by the student. Note that records can be sorted for viewing in a variety of ways.
Completed procedures are also reported and available to faculty, instructors and students on the Skill Summary report.
