Approval Status

Created by Mario Rodriguez, Modified on Sat, 28 Feb at 4:16 AM by Mario Rodriguez

Both competencies and evaluations may be marked as Approved (green icon) or as Not Approved. An outlined or partly red icon indicates disagreement between criterion set by faculty for approval and the evaluator, who may have been instructed to also mark an assessment as not approved if criterion were not met, but did not.

It is also possible that criteria were not set up correctly and the evaluator is correct in approving or not approving an assessment or form. The partly red icon usually indicates to faculty that the form should be further inspected. Approval status may then be altered by faculty if indicated.
