The Reports-->Export: Times/Comps/Skills page displays the reports used for backups of these reports: Time Summary, Skill Summary, Competency Evaluation Summary, and Logsheets.
Program administrators should export records regularly for offline archival and should also export records before setting students to Alumnus status. Indvidual class or student filtering is not available in alumni filtering. Note that after setting students to Alumnus status, these records remain available on this page by selecting the "Alumni Only" checkbox. "Levels" will vary according to program settings and cannot be used to filter graduates (you can set up a level as shown at right...but it won't work!).
