You can view information gathered from your evaluation in a variety of ways from the Reports menu in the Admin Panel. You may select Evals and Forms: Summary or Evals and Forms: Completed Evals to view the results in different formats. On the Completed Evals page, you can sort reports by evaluator, subject, or date. "Status" will flag for you any evaluations which are below the criterion set in a score type for that evaluation or denote if the evaluator clicked the Not Approved button before submission.
The hyperlink "View" will present this report view to you.
Evaluation results are identified in the top column numerically with a legend below that provides more information about the evaluator and student/subject. Comments will also appear in the legend area to facilitate display of a large amount of information in a small area.
Clicking the edit icon on the Completed Evals page will allow you to view the actual completed evaluation and make comments or adjust scores by points or percentages.
A new tool allows you to "unsubmit" an evaluation (not comp exams, just evaluations). We've heard from clients that sometimes the person who submits an evaluation/form wishes to make changes, so here's how you can "return" that form to the person who submitted it.
Director / Faculty / Coordinator status user will:
Go into the Admin Panel to Reports.
Then on the left click on Evals and Forms: Completed Evals.
Select the appropriate template and hit Apply.
Find the form that you wish to "unsubmit."
Click the pencil/paper edit icon toward right of screen for that specific form.
Scroll to the bottom and look for the "Unsubmit" box at lower left.
Check the Unsubmit box and then click the green Submit button.
This returns the form to a "saved for later" state for the original submitter.
Tell the person who filled out the form to:
Log in and click on Evaluations.
Look in the Saved for Later section on the page.
Click the form to open, change as needed, uncheck the save for later box at lower left and then hit Submit.
