Subjects of evaluations - whether students, instructors, or faculty - may document that they have reviewed a completed form or evaluation. When an evaluator completes an evaluation or form, subjects will see the "Items to Review" red hyperlink at the top of the menu.

Clicking the link opens the Completed Evaluations and Forms page. The completed template will be displayed in the format selected by the program administrator - either a view in which comments and other information are displayed in a table below the scored items (Evaluation Summary format), or in the order in which the form was completed (Linear Report format).

Closing the window will return to the Completed Evals page, and there will now be an icon to indicate the date of the viewing has been saved (eye icon). The date of all filtered results is viewable by clicking the column header (see screenshot).
Evaluation status is shown in one of 4 status codes that describe the approval status of the evaluation.

- Thumbs-up for evaluations that were approved
- Green flag for evaluations that were approved, but that the answer of some of the questions were flagged by score
- Red thumbs-down for evaluations that were rejected
- Red opaque flag for evaluations that were rejected, and that the answer of some of the questions were flagged by score
You must select an evaluation and view individually from this (the Completed Evals) page. Viewing multiple evaluations from the Evaluation Summaries page in Reports will not mark the form/evaluation as viewed, nor will viewing it from the Comments page. Each time an item is viewed, the date of viewing will be updated.
Resetting from the Filters button will display a new result set. Don't forget to click the Apply button (top right of screenshot) or nothing will happen!
